Khizer’s practice areas include Real Estate Law & Commercial Litigation, specifically contract disputes.  Prior to establishing Esqrow Lawyers, Khizer practiced primarily in civil litigation, with an emphasis on injury law, as well as corporate/commercial law and Real Estate Law.  In addition, Khizer was appointed as an adjudicator by the Attorney General of Ontario to the Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunal Ontario (SLASTO), where he adjudicated for two years at the License Appeals Tribunal (LAT) and the Ontario Parole Board (OPB).  He also conducted investigations for the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

Second to his passion for the law, Khizer is always on the look out for unique and interesting investments, and often acts as a mentor for young lawyers.  When not obsessing over legal matters, Khizer enjoys physical fitness, basketball, cricket and tennis.  He draws inspiration, motivation and strategy from his favourite athletes.  He is also an ardent animal lover.
